To drive consistency in process around content strategy and creative ideation
Objectives
• Create a curriculum which leverages a step-by-step model to orient both leaders and practitioners to where they are in the process and what are the expected results / next steps
• Conduct training sessions and an onboarding experience for each of the modules
• Codify the learning digitally and award completions
Results:
• 33 hours of online education modules
• Consistency in content strategy and creative ideation approaches across 15 unique IBM Marketing campaign teams
• Badge issued via Credly once education is completed
• 350 badges issued globally between 2018-2020
