To introduce a transformative partner program for IBM called Partner Plus
Objectives
• Replace 30-year-old PartnerWorld and usher in an entirely new experience for IBM partners
• Bring all partner types together into one integrated ecosystem – whether they sell, build on or with, and/or provide services for IBM technology
• Build everything from the branding, design and naming to Demand Generation, digital experience and Internal Communications
Results
• Built a holistic brand platform and identity that laid the foundation for all of the messaging and communication work that was built
• Simplified messaging and process to becoming an IBM Ecosystem Partner
• Created a content strategy along with scalable visual system that guided partners getting to growth via the IBM campaign platform, My Digital Marketing, and partner marketing kits
